Flowers For Mom

There’s not much that’s better than finding the perfect gift—especially if it’s for your momma. She deserves the best, doesn’t she? After all, you owe her your style, your sass, your flair—all of it you got from your mama. Isn’t time to give her something awesome in return?
And while buying mom a bouquet of flowers, a potted plant, or even an infusion of new blooms for her outdoor garden is great, we think we can turn that idea into something truly unique.
With Urbanwalls’ vinyl flower decals, give mom an everlasting bouquet or garden without any of the watering, pruning, or weeding! This unique gift idea for mom adds the pretty to spaces you see every day.
So, how does it work? First, peruse our website for mom’s favorite flower! We have peonies, vintage florals, wildflowers, and so much more—whether you’re searching for an artistic, watercolor rendering or giant, lifelike blooms.
With removable, freestanding floral decals, you’re the gardener, but the planter is your wall! Space and place each bloom exactly where you wish for a floral design that lasts much longer than Mother’s Day weekend.
Buying Mom a pack of our vinyl flower decals is not just a gift, it’s a great bonding experience, too! After you give Mom (or any of the other lovely ladies in your life—aunts, cousins, mother-in-laws, grandmas, friends), plan an install day with her!
Simply follow these three easy steps for a hitch-free installation and a chance to hang out and do something fun and creative with your mom!
While you can definitely cluster any of our vinyl flower decals into a singular focal point, we love the way our florals look spaced, almost like an asymmetrical wallpaper! After you’ve chosen the wall (or walls) you’d like to use, arrange the decals in the space by taping them using painters or masking tape. This allows you to rearrange your design before permanently sticking it. If you’re looking for uniformity, we highly suggest breaking out a measuring tape and making pencil marks to use as a guide.
Want a pro tip? Don’t be afraid to cut the decals! We know it can seem horrifying to cut the brand-new decals that you just bought for your momma, but the results are well worth it. Take a look at the flowers along the baseboards and windowsill—those little babies were sliced in half for a more natural look!
Do mom’s walls look awesome? If the answer is yes, it’s time to peel the adhesive back from your decals.
Keeping the bloom tacked to the wall, lift the decal so you can see the back. Starting in a corner, slowly peel the back from the decal to expose the adhesive. As you pull, stick and smooth the decal to the wall, slowly working your way to the bottom.
Now peel the front paper from the flowers, exposing their true colors! Remove the paper slowly. Remember, slow and steady wins the race.
