The Thistle Sun Print was inspired by a printing technique from the 1800s called cyanotype, or “blueprinting”. The technique involved placing items on special paper and exposing the paper to sunlight, where a detailed, ghostly outline of the objects would take shape. In our Sun Print Line, we chose rust, mauve, and warm grey tones instead of the traditional blue, designed to bring in desert hues complementary to the Boheme Collection. The Thistle Sun Print features outlines of white thistle branches overlapping with one of three background colors of your choosing. 

Designed for a cohesive look, Urbanwalls art prints can easily match wallpaper, murals, and decals from their collection of origin.
